We are authorized dealers for Hilton light beam pedals. A revolutionary product created by Keith Hilton. Produces a clear outstanding tone from your electric guitar or pedal steel guitar or your lap steel or any electronic instrument you feed through it. No pot to go bad on you. Has only 2 moving parts. There is a spring that moves slightly as you move the pedal and the axle where the pedal moves on is the only other moving part in the pedal. Volume is changed by passing light through an xray film type material with a specialized light beam similar to that used in scanners at the check out line in retail outlets. The new design just released in January is one that is lighter in weight. The transformer plugs in and unplugs from the pedal itself. The transformer is very light weight, takes up less room than the previous Motorola wall transformer. The new transformer also is easy to adapt to overseas outlets. There are small adapter type accessories that can be purchased separately if you wish to take the pedal to Europe or Australia. It will plug into their electrical system with no further adapters needed. If an overseas person wants one of these pedals now, it can be ordered with say the Australian or the European adapter on it when it arrives at no additional charge to the overseas client. That way the overseas client no longer has to be bothered with further adapters to make the pedal work in say Europe or Australia. When it arrives, it just works!!! It just works and works great. The circuit is designed by Keith and hand made by Keith. This pedal is made to be repaired not replaced and thrown away. If it ever needs to be repaired, just send it to Keith and he will fix it for you for a nominal amount. There is available an extended warranty with the papers you receive with the pedal. There is available an extended warranty with the papers you receive with the pedal. The outside dimensions of this pedal is approximately 10 3/4" long and 3 3/4" wide. The axle is 6 5/8" from the front of the pedal. I have found that in the low profile pedal the travel from full off to full on is about 1/2" less than the regular profile pedal. Also, the angle of the pedal is less in the full off position because of it being low profile by about 1/2" at the top of the pedal, So the low profile pedal is approximately 1/2" closer to the floor at the top front of the pedal in the off position or up position, thus giving you the lower profile effect.
